Your enrollment includes 12 video modules, 12 weekly Community Sessions plus Jumpstart call, monthly leadership webinars and group coaching, a Learner Kit, the Leader Library, and a Self & 360 Assessment, plus 12 months of access to learning resources.

• Jumpstart: March 4, 2027 | 8–9:30 a.m. CT
• Community Sessions: Thursdays, March 11–May 27 | 8–9:30 a.m. CT
• Monthly Webinars: Second Fridays, beginning April 9 | 8–9:30 a.m. CT
• Monthly Group Coaching: Third Fridays, beginning April 16 | 8–9 a.m. CT

Plan for weekly independent learning alongside your live Community Sessions. Webinars and group coaching begin during the series and continue for 12 months.

Optional Enhancement: Situational Leadership® Essentials

Learn to adapt your leadership style to each team member and situation. Includes two 3-hour virtual sessions, a 360 leadership assessment, a workbook, and digital resources. An optional in-person workshop is also available.
