KKL & Co. has spent the last decade teaching managers the craft of leadership (building on founder Kimberly Kleiman-Lee’s 20 years before that). Like many firms, we ran 2–3 day workshops—high energy in the room, but once the binders closed, real change stalled. Clients and their managers deserved better.
Paying homage to our mascot, the office chair, SWIVEL offers smaller, action-ready learning doses, in a supportive community, with live group coaching and dozens of downloadable tools that turn good intentions into measurable results.
