MEET Kimberly

Kimberly Kleiman-Lee has spent 25+ years helping humans thrive at work. As the former head of Leadership Learning & Development at General Electric, she partnered with leaders across industries to build practical, modern management capabilities, grounded in how people actually think, decide, and work together. That experience shaped her conviction that great leadership is learnable and repeatable.

In 2017 she founded KKL & Co. to scale that impact through executive coaching, leadership programs, and learning strategy work delivered with clarity, candor, and humor without jargon, without endless slides. Her “whole human” approach equips managers and teams with the mindsets and behaviors that move performance and culture at the same time.
